Betting odds and chance. To first understand what betting odds are, we have to first understand the concept of chance. Chance is the likelihood of an event happening. It is often expressed in percentages, also referred to as the probability. Let's roll a dice. Rolling a dice yields a probability of 1. Examples seen on the College Basketball Vegas Odds pages could include -15 and -20. The added or extra juice' on a point-spread is determined by the sportsbook or operator. Many bettors shy away from.
The game tips off at 6 p.m. and can be seen on FOX Sports Oklahoma.
The Thunder (11-18) are on a three-game losing streak, but they are favored for one of the first times this season against the Cavaliers (10-20), who have dropped nine games in a row and have several injuries hampering the team.

How to watch:Thunder vs. Cavs
Advice and prediction
There’s a reason the Thunder are favored to win this game. The Cavaliers are riddled with injuries (and the decision to bench center Andre Drummond) and have given up at least 120 points in eight of the games during their nine-game losing streak. In the lone exception, they gave up 119 points.
So the Thunder offense should be able to bounce back from the 85-point output against the Milwaukee Bucks. OKC’s defense has also played strong as of late (including that loss to the Bucks), and they should be able to continue this against Cleveland’s lineup.
Gilgeous-Alexander, Al Horford and Theo Maledon will all be together in the lineup for the second game in a row, and with a day for practice between, the lineup should be in better sync.
I’d take the Thunder at -2.5. They should be able to beat that.
As for the over-under, I’d lean under. Neither offense is particularly good, though OKC very well could go off in this matchup.
Prediction: Thunder 113, Cavaliers 101
Thomas Tuchel will be aiming to extend his strong start to life as Chelsea manager when Manchester United visit Stamford Bridge in Sunday’s Premier League clash.
The former Paris Saint-Germain manager has overseen six wins and no defeats in eight matches at the helm so far, most recently masterminding an impressive 1-0 Champions League away win over Atletico Madrid.

Chelsea vs Manchester United Team News
Thiago Silva will face a late fitness test after missing the last five matches due to a muscle injury picked up in the 1-0 win over Tottenham.
Scott McTominay, Donny van de Beek, Edinson Cavani and Daniel James are all doubtful, while Paul Pogba remains sidelined with a thigh injury along with Phil Jones who has been out for over a year.
Chelsea vs Manchester United Preview
After conceding at least once in nine of their last 12 matches under Frank Lampard, the Blues have noticeably tightened up since Tuchel arrived in west London - keeping a clean sheet in six out of eight fixtures.
However, the German’s more patient, possession-based approach has also seen a downturn in goalmouth action at the other end of the pitch, where they have struck just 10 goals in their eight games and never scored more than two in one match.
Another low-scoring encounter looks likely on Sunday considering opposite number Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s tendency to keep things tight in big matches, overseeing four 0-0 draws and one 1-0 defeat in his last five league games against Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea themselves.
Chelsea vs Manchester United Tips and Predictions
With United having conceded just twice and scored only four times in their last five league games on the road, odds of 10/11 (1.91) seem generous on them helping to ensure under 2.5 goals at Stamford Bridge.
